Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Satori OG Terminal ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by the Satori OG team. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: info@satoriog.com.

2. Data we collect

3. How we use your data

To provide, secure, and operate the Service and your account.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send transactional email (verification, password reset, alerts you enable).
To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — principally a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF token to protect requests. These are required for the Service to function. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser, but the Service may not work while signed out.

5. Third parties we share with

Stripe — card payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy).
Email provider — delivery of verification and notification emails.
Blockchain / market-data sources — the Evrmore network and exchange/market-data providers process public on-chain and market data; wallet addresses are public by nature.

We share personal data only as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, or protect our rights and users.

6. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes. Verification PINs and password-reset tokens are short-lived. You can request deletion of your account (see below).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including password hashing, encrypted wallet key storage, optional two-factor authentication, access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@satoriog.com. You may also delete your account from within the app.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service.
