Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

Satori OG Terminal ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by the Satori OG team. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service is an informational dashboard that aggregates and visualises Satori network forecasts, market data, prediction-market probabilities, charts, and related analytics. It is provided for research and educational purposes only.

The Service is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Forecasts, accuracy scores, signals, and overlays are probabilistic and may be wrong. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must not use the Service where prohibited by applicable law.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account information accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any two-factor codes, and for all activity under your account.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at info@satoriog.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are used for abuse.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The Service offers a free tier and paid tiers. Paid features are described at the point of purchase.
Card payments are processed by Stripe; cryptocurrency payments (SATORIEVR on the Evrmore network) are processed on-chain. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the address shown within the quoted window.
On-chain payments are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, for the wrong asset, or after a quote has expired.
Paid access is granted for the stated period. Describe your renewal and refund terms here and apply them consistently.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service; (b) circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures; (c) reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law; (d) use the Service for unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights.

7. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency and trading involve substantial risk, including total loss. Market data and forecasts may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Third-party data and services

The Service relies on third parties including the Satori network, exchange and market-data providers, prediction-market sources, payment processors, and email delivery. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data or services.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Set any liability cap and carve-outs here in line with your jurisdiction.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator. Specify the governing law and the courts or venue for disputes here.
